Civil Litigation

David Price has been involved in many civil litigation cases, generally those resulting from death or very serious injuries. Clients have included many major law firms as well as numerous smaller practices, major insurance companies, motor manufacturers and other firms involved in supplying the motor trade. Unless otherwise stipulated, a report adhering to the Civil Procedure Rules (CPR Part 35) will be provided.

You will be provided with a written estimate of costs and timescale for completion.  See also ’Rates and Terms’.

If required, preliminary advice can be provided by letter or verbally. This may suffice where only a preview of a component is required to establish if a line of investigation is worth pursuing.

Still (or video) photography will be carried out using a microscope, if appropriate, to illustrate minute detail. Scanning electron microscopy, metallography, analysis and mechanical testing can be arranged when necessary.
